I am afraid not we ask you to stick to your time slot. We are unable to allow you to come in earlier than the time you have booked.

Absolutely! We are delighted to welcome dogs. For their safety, we kindly ask that dogs are kept on a lead at all times and extra care is taken while in the tulip field. Please note, tulips can be potentially harmful to dogs if ingested.

Unfortunately we would not allow people to fly drones at the Tulip Fest.

No problem, the closest station is Three Bridges Station, it is around a 6 minute drive or 12 minute bus journey.

The bus route is Metrobus no.84- PLEASE NOTE the tulip fest is not located at the Tulleys Farm bus stop, please exit the bus at the 'PUMPKIN FARM', this will be after the main Tulleys Farm bus stop if you are coming from Three Bridges.

Yes, we do provide free carer tickets for Tulip Fest. You must choose the carer reservation ticket when booking online. This does not guarantee the ticket and you will need to bring one of the following documentation and valid photo ID with you when you visit:

  • A DLA or PIP letter
  • A Headed GP/Consultant letter
  • A valid Blue Badge
  • Access card

These must display a valid date that covers the date of your visit, and must be presented for each person that requires a carer. Should the person require more than 1 carer, a GP/Consultant letter must be provided.

If you are not sure if you’re documentation is valid, please send a copy via email to [email protected] who will be able to assist.

The courtyard area of the event is hard standing, so accessible - the tulips can be seen from here. The tulips themselves are planted in rows with 1m wide strips of grass between them, so wide enough for a standard UK wheelchair/walker but will just depend on the weather and if the ground is wet as to how accessible the fields will be.

Yes we will have a temporary disabled unit onsite.

The time you have booked is your arrival time. These slots are set to avoid congestion, but if you are running late, please do not worry, you will still be admitted entry.

Please enjoy your visit with us in your own time, there is no time limit.

As we are a farm, we are equipped for all weather. We will send out mass communication to our ticket holders if we do have to close due to adverse weather.

If you do decide you would like to change your date, please log in to your account to do so or send us an email.

We are in England therefore be prepared for all types of weather! We would suggest that waterproofs and welly boots would be good to have. We have some undercover areas incase of rain, however the fields are open to the elements.
